Ultrasonic and Sonic Italia SRL: The company was founded in 1987. Today it is a leading company in the national and international field, specialized in the manufacture and sale of machines for welding and ultrasonic cutting of thermoplastic materials.

The fundamental elements that distinguish Sonic Italia are the maximum flexibility of the organization, the result of a young and dynamic staff, combined with thirty years of experience in the field.

All ultrasonic components, both standard and customized, are entirely manufactured in the company's workshops and electromechanical design and assembly laboratories.

Starting from the geometry of the object, studies on energy directors and laboratory tests are carried out. Finally, the mechanical department produces sonotrodes with specific designs that guarantee optimal and stable ultrasonic welding over time.

The peculiarity of Sonic Italia is the great know-how in the field of ultrasonic cutting and welding systems, offered as an alternative solution in a wide range of applications.

From the idea to the realization

Thanks to the most advanced digital graphic systems, Sonic Italia develops "turnkey" solutions for its customers already in the design phase.

The qualified technical department develops solutions for cutting and welding with ultrasound, implemented in state-of-the-art semi-automatic or fully automatic systems, for which aesthetics of the final product, practicality and production speed are fundamental requirements.

In recent years, the R&D department has specialized in the design and manufacture of knife sonotrodes for cutting applications in the food sector. Due to the different frequencies from 20 to 40 kHz it was possible to process food of different kinds.

The development of ultrasonic cutting and welding solutions is carried out in close collaboration with the customer in order to obtain a totally satisfactory result in terms of practicality, quality efficiency and productivity.
