Based on the requirements of the customers and the market we have developed a hygiene concept. This hygiene concept sets a new standard in terms of hygiene and meets the maximum hygiene requirements for ultraclean cup filling machines without costly aseptic technology. The pulsed light high-performance UV(C) sterilisation we have been using verifiably guarantees a sterilisation rate of at least LOG 4 for handling all standard cup sizes, buckets (up to 10 litres) and seal lids - at maximum cycle speed! This is THE trendsetting technology of the future.

GRUNWALD filling techniques allow for a quick and flexible response to the manifold requirements of the markets at any time. We manufacture customer-specific, technically sophisticated and format flexible rotary-type and linear machines with production speeds of 500 - 50,000 cups per hour as well as dosing and packing systems for the food and milk-processing industry. 70 – 80 % of all quality-related parts are manufactured in-house with our own, high-quality production and manufacturing technology.
